How We Started

Dessis Agency was born out of a passion for helping people. My philosophy has always been to be a student of the game and when I got into Medicare back in 2008, I wanted to know everything there was to know about it.

I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge with clients because I discovered most people didn’t know about the Medicare system- it’s very confusing and at times seems contradictory. More importantly, most people didn’t know what they didn’t know.

We have brought that same philosophy into the under 65 individual market.

It turns out a lot of agents were in the same boat and I found myself getting multiple calls a week answering other agents’ questions. Hence the beginning of the Dessis Agency. Click here to learn more about our founder.
